Great selection of many different types of plants. Loved the cacti selection. Wish they had more pot options but they have some options. Bonus points for the kitty!!

They helped me with an outdoor project and went above and beyond! I greatly appreciate all of their expertise and guidance. I will continue to purchase things here season after season.

Harvey’s Doesn’t Disappoint. Whether your looking for something specific or not Harvey’s has a huge variety of anything “green” The staff carries knowledge passed down from generations and to say they know their stuff is an understatement. A must visit just outside of Des Moines if you love anything plants.

Great selection, but their prices are not current (still charging quite a bit for certain house plants), and they are not well marked. I choose a plant from a tray that said $5. Some of the plants weren't marked at all, but common sense dictates that they'd all be $5 since they were the same pot size and plant. It rang up at $10 and I wasn't given an explanation on why when I told her the others were $5. I returned it because I felt that was too much for the plant I was getting. I also felt like I was tricked into buying it. I'm not down with that so I won't be returning. If they would just be more clear and fair on pricing I'd have bought quite a bit. (Pictured is the really awesome Staghorn fern they had I found very interesting!)
